How to filter videos with 4:3 aspect ratio?

There is a huge number of recovered videos from damaged media, from which it is necessary to extract the recordings taken on an old amateur camera, without exception having an aspect ratio of 4:3. Is it possible to find and extract such records using special software, or, what would be better, using Total Commander? Thank you!

in total commander put the content plugin wincmd.ru/directory/content.html
search by frame width and height
