How to restore windows in ubuntu 16?

I have two monitors and usually several terminals are open
when I lock the computer or put it to sleep - these terminals fly off the screen. Just re-open them.
Is there a program that drags all windows to the center of the monitor (no matter which one)
or how to fix it
