How to restore Windows bootloader in Linux/Windows bundle?
The point is that the computer has a bunch of windows / linux and I would like to remove Linux from this bunch (with its subsequent installation on a USB flash drive and tyry-pyry). How to achieve this painlessly?

The sentence "take it and google it!" - too universal, it is suitable as an answer to any question, and not just a toaster one. They obviously don't come to Toaster for such answers. I'll try to answer more specifically.
I would begin to solve such a problem in the following way.
1. We restart from some popular LiveDVD/LiveUSB repair tool containing many useful utilities.
2. Run any advanced partition manager (Paragon or AOMEI) and delete Linux partitions. The resulting empty space is attached to the nearest remaining ones. If the disk, marked in GPT, is further planned to be converted to MBR, then you can also delete the UEFI boot partition of 100 ... 300 megabytes (I did just that). But then you must not forget to disable UEFI in the BIOS later.
3. Next, use the same partition manager to make the partition containing Windows active (i.e. bootable).
4. Finally, run BootICE or another similar utility (there are many of them) and use it to restore the MBR bootloader on the system partition. Sometimes you have to try several different utilities for this.
