How to restore windows 10 from reg file?

Good afternoon!
unsuccessfully copied the registry files from regback, and Windows stopped loading. There is a complete copy of the registry in the form of a reg file, but it cannot be applied when Windows is not bootable.
I'm trying to mount the registry files manually, cut out pieces of their common reg and import them - it also screams every other time that there is no access. Is there really no method from the reg file to raise the registry?
