How to restore user profile windows 10?

Hello!
There is a Windows 10 PC. Two accounts with passwords:
1) user1 (admin role)
2) admin (admin role)
after updating Windows, the user cannot log into his profile, writes your profile could not be loaded, a temporary one has been created for you.
Googling found a solution to create a new profile and just transfer the files from the damaged one. But being logged in as admin, there is no access to the folder of the damaged user "user1", it writes that admin rights are needed, continue? - I continue, trying to enter for a minute and just nothing happens. File system crashed? The user kept 90% of the information on the disk d, but unfortunately 10% on the desktop. What is the best way to do so as not to lose information?
1) try to restore the folder with something like r-studio, although I'm not sure if it's damaged
2) try to reach the folder from some ERD
3)?
thanks
SOLUTION:
Copy data from old to new profile

Just from under the admin, change the owner of the folders of that user, including nested ones. This is the right click on the folder, Security tab - Advanced - Owner - Edit.
Change to an existing admin and give him full access

writes need admin rights, continue?
Log in as administrator, and change the rights of this folder to the ones you need.
File system crashed?
So you have to ask if she flew off or not with you.
