Greetings.
Such a thing. The site was hacked, a lot of viruses. The site is based on CMS Joomla. The problem is that when you enter the site writes a 500 error. IBolit shows a lot of viruses (about 1500).
Please tell me the best way to restore the site, taking into account the fact that there is full access to the site. I tried to restore from a clean Joomla, but, unfortunately, it did not bring success.

The 500 error can be caused by an invalid .htaccess. get a clean one from the distribution. Read joomlaforum.ru/index.php?topic=169641.0 and joomlaforum.ru/index.php?topic=194253.0. If there are suspicions of viruses, scan the site with this for example https://yandex.ru/promo/manul#about .
