How to restore the winhttp.dll library?

Good afternoon.
System - Windows 10 Pro.
I caught a virus (or not a virus) "newtab.club" in Mozilla the other day. Who has not heard about it - this is when, when you click on the "plus" in the tab menu, it is not a tile with your fixed tabs that opens, but some kind of turbidity from the above "virus". In addition, the dumbest ads like "TO LOSE WEIGHT ONLY NEED TO BE ..." began to appear in browsers - and the blockers did not cut it. Moreover, she even appeared on YouTube, where she mowed down under ordinary videos. In addition to all of the above, when using Google search, I was given a check "I'm not a robot" for each request.
For several days I tried to figure out what kind of attack it was, and how to get rid of it. The advice was in the spirit of "you need to remove the "Youtube Ad Blocker" extension - and everything will work as before." I would be glad to do so, but I did not have such an extension. Removing/disabling other extensions had no effect.
In the end, I just reset the Mozilla settings - and everything worked out.
The problem is that while I was looking for a solution, I also ran the system through CureIt and AVZ - the first one found something, cured something, but the problem remained unresolved. The second one brought me two "suspicious files" for my judgment. One of which was "WINHTTP.DLL". I googled about the file - I didn’t get anything from the category “the file is very important for the system - in no case should it be deleted!” - rather the opposite.
Now, when I start Windows, I get an error (like from Photoshop) "The application cannot be started because WINHTTP.DLL is missing" I also started to blunt the "Start" - when I press it, it opens longer than usual, plus sometimes when I press the "start" on "Explorer" - "Explorer" stupidly hangs. MS Office also crashes without explanation. Some executable files won't run due to "missing WINHTTP.DLL". Hell and Israel some.
I've scoured the sites looking for an answer - except for the left-hand pads with inserted words you're looking for. and advertising their shit-healers. nothing was found. I wanted to download this dll and insert it into Windows - those that I found had no effect. Pasted them into SYSWOW64. Under the tenth Windows, I could not find them. I did not make backups - it will not work to restore to the previous point. I tried to scan through /ScanHealth /RestoreHealth - it finds errors, it can be restored, but /RestoreHealth hangs at 40% of execution for hours without movement. You will also find a solution to this problem.
Maybe some kind person will throw his winhttp from the tenth Windows Pro on a file hosting service? Or is it still not a fact that he will suit me? I tried to register dll through regsrv32 - it gives a standard error.
Is it really because of such a trifle that Windows will have to be demolished?

If it was a Windows file, then you just need to restore it in the standard way - by running the system file checker, on the command line from the administrator - sfc /
scannow autoload, this is done, for example, by the Autoruns x86 or Autoruns x64 utility
