How to Restore the Ubuntu Graphical Environment?

Hello everyone. I am connecting to a remote Ubuntu machine from PuTTY.
When I try to use the x11vnc command, I get an error

XOpenDisplay failed. No -display or DISPLAY.
caught XIO error:
21/03/2022 19:19:08 deleted 60 tile_row polling images.

It is assumed that the graphical environment has crashed.
