How to restore root access to YouTrack 6.0 on Windows 7?

Good afternoon.
Installed Youtrack 6.0 on Windows 7.
Apparently, during the configuration, I typed in the root password field and could not log in.
I tried to start the service through the service manager, specifying -Djetbrains.charisma.restoreRootPassword=true in the launch parameters, they say with this parameter you can log in with root / root access, but it did not work out.
The jetbrains site says to run with
%your_YouTrack_location%\bin\tomcat7w.exe //MS//YouTrack but I don't have that file.
I tried to start the service with the command sc start youtrack -Djetbrains.charisma.restoreRootPassword=true - login as root/root did not work.
Tried uninstalling and installing again. When reinstalling the step with the configuration, it was not possible to log into the system again.
Please help. Thank you.

Restoring Root Password on MSI installation
To restore your root password, if you run YouTrack as Windows service, please follow these instructions:
Stop the service
Navigate C:/ProgramData/JetBrains/YouTrack/conf/youtrack.jvmoptions. If youtrack.jvmoptions file is missing simply create one by renaming config file example (youtrack.jvmoptions.dist).
Add -Djetbrains.charisma.restoreRootPassword=true option to the configuration file. Configuration file format is described in the file itself.
Run the service as usual
