Are there any programs without the need to install them that allow you to run 16-bit programs under Windows-7,8? I mean, so that there is no installation step for this emulator - you just run it, and that's it, and under it - what do you need 16-bit?

16-bit programs for which OS, and even without emulation?
Under DOS, Win9x, Win 3.1?
