Why is Windows 10 slow to delete files?

Firework! I noticed that windows 10 has been slow to delete files for some time now. Judging by the progress bar, it deletes 2-3 files at a time. Interestingly, if you run another deletion in parallel, everything starts deleting at normal speed. Tried disabling the antivirus - didn't help. What could it be?

Literally after two crashes (system errors with a crash), the hard drive goes into PIO mode.
Restoring DMA mode is problematic, it's easier to reinstall the entire system.

I partially solved the problem, then ..
The password for the Windows account (license) flew off, restored it, the problem did not completely disappear, but the performance improved by 60-70%..
