How to restore RAID 1 after replacing the RAID controller and motherboard?

An emergency situation has occurred, the motherboard and the raid controller, let's say, burned out. The screws were configured in RAID 1, they are in working order. After that, one of the screws was transferred to an identical server and worked without a controller for a month.
Next, the server was restored, the motherboard and controller remained the same model.

Make a new raid array and roll onto it the image of the preserved screw.

The task before you is not completely clear : do you want to recreate an array from two disks without moving information to them, or do you have no access to the content and need to restore data from RAID1?

  1. If the task is data recovery from RAID 1, then take the free R.saver , it should automatically recognize everything and see the file system without installation, even if Windows does not see it due to the controller layout. In addition, your FS, apparently, is not damaged, i. everything is easy to read.
  2. If you need to recreate the array, then I would advise you to first copy the necessary data somewhere from the disk(s), then recreate the array from scratch, and copy the data to it.
If, for example, you have a lot of small files, you can win in speed by uploading a disk image, as colleagues advise.
