How to restore pst and transfer to another client?

Actually the whole point of the question is in the title.
The girl (a manager in a far northern city, and I'm in Moscow) has all her mail in Outlook 2010. The entire PST data file is already about 20 gigabytes. For the third day, Outlook, when trying to start, weighs endlessly at the "Loading profile" stage. I myself checked - it can hang for a day (!) In this mode - and no changes occur. I encounter such jambs from Outlook more often with other employees of the company.
The only way I see is to transfer mail to any other client - The Bat!, Thunderbird, etc. I prefer The Bat! because I used it myself for some time and saw how well it copes with a mail database of 80 gigs, while on PST the limit is 50 gigs.
Who faced similar jambs in Autglyuk, tell me how you solved it and are there full-fledged free utilities for recovering and / or pulling out letters?
ZYZH The organization is serious. All software is licensed.

You simply cannot imagine what miracles C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\SCANPST.exe does
, I recommended and restored at least 50 boxes from users in different places of work.

Unfortunately there is no free tool for this, however you can download a self-descriptive tool from https://www.gaintools.com/pst/mbox/

To recover PST files, you can check MS Outlook version and save files according to certain size limit. But in case the file size exceeds the specified limit, you need to get a third party PST recovery tool to recover the files. If you want to avoid using external tools, take precautions to avoid damaging the PST file, or save a rarely used file on an external hard drive as PST files, portable and easy to transfer.
