How to restore original firmware on n7000?

I'm not very good at this at all.
I installed the CyanogenMod firmware on the n7000 (Samsung Galaxy Note "first") using the notorious CM official windows installer. And everything would be fine (*), but I decided to return to the stock version.
How to return "as it was" in a simple way?
It is possible for 2 *, I will then upgrade to 4 *. The data is not important, all phones and stuff are saved in the g-profile, the pictures are in the dropbox. Maybe this can be done through KIES (I'm a little afraid, I don't want to brick, very much)?

* But the battery drains like a toilet, the stock browser blinks the screen, 1tv hangs periodically, GMusic does not cache files, the camera can hang the device at the most necessary moment.

And through KIES it is impossible, he does not even recognize the phone.
