How to restore modx after virus infection?

Good afternoon, there is a site on MODX Revolution, the site was infected and some files were deleted by the antivirus, it is not known exactly which ones.
The site is working, there are errors in the cache folder:

Now I can’t get into the admin panel, in mysql they checked for blocking the user and rules attributes.
I would like to clarify how you can roll a clean modix to the site while saving all the data?
