How to restore index.php on Joomla?

Hello. I wanted to add analytics code to the site and broke the site.
For some reason, when saving a file, a dash is added to the tags:

Please, help! How to fix?

1. download the installation file from the official site joomla.org.
2. Extract index.php from there and replace your current file.
and what you do is usually done in the site template file
site.rf/templates/template/index.php
or added as a separate module
