How to restore (fill) the bootloader in an HP switch?

Good afternoon! Due to its curvature, I deleted the *.bin bootloader from the HP A3600-48-Poe switch; now, when the switch is started, only BootRom is launched. For some reason, I can’t upload it back, I tried it, and FTP and TFTP didn’t work out in any way. How can this be fixed?

Perhaps the firmware can be downloaded via zmodem
