How to restore fallen TTYUSB in Ubuntu without restarting the entire server?
We have a 16 port modem connected to our Ubuntu server. And then suddenly a part of the ports began to fall off once a day, TTYUSBxx devices are literally lost. Restarting the entire server returns them to their place, but restarting the server once a day is too much.
Is it possible to restore lost TTYUSB ports without restarting the entire server?
