I have the firmware on the radio turned off.
Hangs on the loading screen.
There is some kind of file, like a patch, that the manufacturer sent me a long time ago.
I asked the manufacturer for the firmware, it was not saved.
The device is rare, there is practically no information on the network.
What can be done for me? Tell me please.

The problem is that the Rad icon on the radio has disappeared and, accordingly, does not switch to tablet mode when with a navigator, I think that some part of the firmware has flown
