How to restore access to your gmail mail after losing a device with 2FA?
I will describe the situation briefly. In all the details I can answer in your comments.
I have been using a specific gmail box since 2012.
After I updated the firmware on my smartphone, I realized that two-factor authentication tied to mail was not deactivated by me, and therefore, after updating the firmware, two-factor authentication for mail became irrelevant.
I was not allowed to log in to the mail from any devices other than "trusted" ones (already authorized, for example, in a browser).
When I try to request a two-factor reset from support, they respond with templates (possibly a support bot), EVEN AFTER I CORRECTLY ANSWERED ALL THE GUIDING QUESTIONSin the spirit - we value the security of our users and therefore are forced to refuse to restore access to those who have lost two-factor authentication.
I have important letters on this box. And everything would be fine if I created another box, but due to the volume of recipients and the specifics of communicating with them, I physically cannot get in touch with them in any other way.
Maybe those who read the post have experience with Google support in this / similar situation.
What would you recommend to solve this situation?

UPDATED
I rejoice.
I am attaching screenshots with the results of processing my request to support.
I am very surprised by their decision.
Apparently this is due to the fact that recently "over the hill" new standards for the protection of personal data came into force. Although I do not understand the relationship.
If it's useful to anyone, the only thing (as in the first attempts, the results of which I was previously denied) that I filled out in the mailbox recovery form is the date my e-mail was created.
The issue has been resolved. Thanks to everyone who participated in the topic.
They returned the box to me after almost 5 declared days.
