How to restore access to the BIOS?

Lenovo v580c laptop ... once it was necessary to enter the BIOS, in this model you can enter the BIOS using the f1 key ... I tried it, the reaction was zero, I opened the laptop, took out the battery, as well as the BIOS battery, it reset, turn on the laptop , I was able to enter the BIOS, set the display of the system diagnostics screen, at boot, so that I would definitely see which button to press to enter the BIOS, a couple of times I still managed to enter the BIOS using f1, but after the last reboot again on f1 reacts...
what could it be?

Fast boot mode on modern laptops, thanks to which it boots in seconds, skips waiting for a key to enter the BIOS. I used to hold the power button until it turned off completely, at the next boot, fast boot did not work, and I started the BIOS using F2.
But on new Lenovo laptops there is an easier way - next to the power button you have a small "Recovery" button, by clicking on which from the off state (not hibernation!) You can enter the menu, from which you already have access to the BIOS setup menu
