How to restore a Wordpress site after a hack?

There is a site for the sale of tea on the WordPress platform with the woocommerce plugin. The site has recently been broken/hacked due to an issue with the hosting provider. I have a backup file, I will need to restore the site either to the WordPress platform again with a new hosting provider, or, if possible, restore the backup file to the Shopify platform. You will need to make the site look exactly the way it was. Please advise how can I restore the site thank you all

the backup file is everything that is in the www folder (or whatever you have) + database dump
We take another hosting provider that supports the WP and try to take off
and we need to regularly update the WP and its plugins. And in order not to miss anything important, we put the Wordfence plugin

What is the backup file? Backup from hoster, backup file from wp, manual backup, what else?
Restoring with a full backup is very simple, the only thing you need to think hard is where the hack points were. If these are wp or plugin vulnerabilities, then these vulnerabilities will need to be closed before being released to production, otherwise the site will very quickly be hacked again.
wp and Shopify are two different things. In fact, it is impossible to “restore a backup file on the Shopify platform”, most likely you can do something visually similar to what it was on Shopify, I won’t say before the functionality, since I don’t work with Shopify. But in any case, these are 2 different tasks.
