Without thinking for a long time, I reinstall Windows and R-Studio, scan, find in the results several files with the extension that I need, but of course they do not open because the rest of the project files are missing.

1. In vain installed Windows . I had to run to any friend to recover the data. Restore the entire project.
2. Use git and github , bitbucket , gitlab etc remote repositories in the future.
3. Most likely, the project can no longer be completely restored. Write in a new way using the surviving files.
