How to optimize batch images based on folder structure?
Colleagues, help to solve such problem.
There is a large site with a branched folder structure, inside which images of different formats.
There is a desire to optimize (reduce the size) of images. There are a lot of utilities for this, but...
The ideal way to do this is to specify a folder for the utility so that images of different formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF) in it and in all subfolders are optimized, and you need to replace the original with a reduced version.
There are a lot of utilities, but I did not find one that would fit. There is a good FileOptimizer that works with different formats, but it has almost no interface and does not work with folders. And go to each folder. select files there - very long if there are hundreds of folders. Accordingly, those utilities that create a separate copy of images will not work either (except if they do not copy the folder structure as well), because then it will take a very long time to scatter them into folders.
Windows platform. Does anyone know a suitable tool?
