How to restore a site after moving to https?

Hello,
please tell me how to fix the situation. There was a website, in April 2017 I moved to a new hosting and changed all internal page addresses, except for the main one. And at the same time moved the site to https. I completely copied the content and disabled the old site from indexing, left it with the standard domain ch4.usite.pro
5 months have passed, and traffic is not growing.
Site gymbalance.ru Tell me
what to do in this situation?

Should attendance increase? You just made it safe to transfer data from the server to the client and vice versa ... this is a so-so factor for promotion, just soon Chrome will ping to any site without ssl
duplicate content :)
visits usually sag from this. Did you redirect, I hope, suddenly links from other sites lead to 404?

You shouldn't have started such a cardinal change without knowing the consequences. Article from Yandex: https://yandex.ru/blog/platon/2778
