How to restore a partition after a canceled partition merge?

There were two sections. One is almost full of information, the other is completely empty.
Through akronis united sections, 9 hours for sure. It never came to an end, zhmaknul cancel. Need to work, couldn't wait any longer.
As a result, the system does not see this section at all. Acronis and other HDD utilities show that the partitions have been merged, even correctly display the occupied space on this disk. The data is all from one in the folder: Maraged Volume'Local Volume' (D) but the system does not see the partition.
How to revive it again? Or at least steal the data.

Look on the toaster. There was already a similar question.
The most optimal thing is not to play with the disk now trying to restore.
So you make it even worse. Take it to professionals who have the appropriate equipment and knowledge.
