How to restore a broken code design theme (Default) in WebStorm?

In WebStorm 11.0.2, the Default code design theme suddenly flew off. In CSS/LESS, the parameter and value are not highlighted in different colors, just black. In HTML, the design of attributes has fallen off. Choosing other themes and returning to the previous one did not help, reinstalling did not help. How can I restore the code theme?
