How to restart the "kernel" of Windows 10 without restarting the PC?
Hello, I'm asking for help, because. I searched everything I could, but I did not find the answer to the question.
The problem lies in mts and bypassing the blocking of wifi distribution through the change of ttl, tk. after a while the internet stops working, and you have to constantly juggle ttl, restarting the laptop.
Is there any way to change ttl to 64 (or any other number) and back to 65 without restarting the computer so that the bypass works?
I would be very grateful for the help
Ps I wrote two scripts to change ttl to 64 and 65 with a PC restart, but this is extremely inconvenient when the Internet stops working at the right time, and you have to restart the computer twice
