How to restart mariadb10.3 in ispmanager?

Installed via isp alternatively instead of mysql5 - mariadb10.3
Why is it not shown as a service in the "Services" tab, in other words, how can it now restart* through the panel?

I had docker installed
Then the reboot looks like this:

docker restart mariadb-10.3
