I created a VPS server on Amazon, installed a trial version of the ISP Manager there, added a domain. In the WWW-domains section, the site folder is specified:

/var/www/www-root/data/www/sitename.ru/

In fact, if you open the site, the directory with Apache2 Ubuntu Default Page is used

/var/www/html/

How can I make the specified folder be used?

Try restarting Apache2 manually. Also look at the config option in the WWW domain.
