Hello. There is a real estate website that has a section with new buildings. On the new building page there is information about the house itself from the project declaration and the cost of apartments from the developer's price list + a link to the page with information about the developer (name, phone numbers, website).
Today I received a request from the FAS with an explanation about the person who posted information about a specific new building + attach copies of invoices, contracts, if any. FAS joined after someone contacted the prosecutor's office with a complaint about a possible violation of the law on advertising by my website (supposedly selling apartments.
Explanations must be given before July 2 (Monday), of course they do not work on weekends. I don’t know what to do.
