How to resolve transform conflict in owl carousel?

There is a slider on the owl-carousel ( link )
In the slider on the photo, the description "jumping" animation is screwed.
In the initial position, the hover works fine, but when the scroll starts, the transform becomes different from "0" and there is a problem, the transform property of the carousel and animation conflict.
Without transform, I see no way to implement both features together.
Who can advise something?
