How to resolve the metadata import error?

I set up the upload between 1C 8.3 and Bitrix. Can't get rid of error:
import___0582b3d2-fdb7-4326-8fd5-8923c36c3961.xml: An error occurred on the server side.
Server response:
failure
Metadata import error. Error adding new unit of measure (unit code: ).
Accordingly, the goods are unloaded, but in a common folder without grouping by sections.
How to resolve this error? Save who faced!

This is on the 1C side, editing is needed.
Go to Units, check that all units have a code.
If they don't, then delete them. Add new ones by selection from the classifier.
As far as I can see from your download - there is no code for the unit Pack
