How to resolve idea plugin dependencies?

All of a sudden, idea at startup shows a huge list of plugins that are not loaded.
In the settings, it says that these plugins have dependencies on others, and for some reason they are not enough.
I didn’t change anything in the settings, why suddenly a problem with dependencies arose - xs.
The question is, how to solve the problem?
