How to resolve element not interactable, python selenium error?

Good afternoon. When using Selenium in Python, I encountered such a problem: I need to click on an element, I'm looking for it through xpath, but with different search parameters, it either clicks or gives an error element not interactable. It is important to search for an element by the "data-label" parameter, since all other searches by xpath may change when the resource version is updated. What could be the problem?
