How to resolve BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO error?

Problem with BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO
Reason, I mistakenly put the headphone plug into USB 3.0, which stopped seeing the USB flash drive, only sees the mouse, checked the sectors, there are no broken ones, recovery in all forms does not work, from the boot too, no options with f8 work, safe mode throws on classpnp.sys, tried to change the name, to no avail. ASUS x501a machine, Ubuntu is also installed (full access to win files), windows license, upgrate windows also does not work.
There are no bad sectors, windows mermory diagnostic tool, chkdsk, badblocks from ubuntu were checked (everything is ok).
bcdedit - this is not clear, Windows is on C:, the command throws out that windows boot loader -> osdevice -> partition = D:, but according to the instructions it should be C (well, logically). Yes, and it is not performed as it should, see fig.

The alleged cause of the breakdown is that the USB shorted out and it throws it out when the driver is loaded. How to fix it without reinstalling win, and will reinstalling win help if the problem is physically with USB (integrated into the motherboard).88e82b8aa83f429b87bb2c3bc0bdc90e.JPGd608ead35dc343e9939201fc39b22976.JPG
