How to resolve a git conflict on a remote server?

Good day! On the remote server there is a git that looks and pushes to an external gitlab server. For my part, I need to work with this server remotely via vpn.
Now the task is to merge with the master and resolve conflicts, but my git is not initialized in the storm rig. How in general to pick up not to local and to a remote server?
How else can conflicts be resolved not through the console?
