How to resize physical volume in LMV?

The situation is such that there is a 1TB disk in it that will create VG for the entire volume, this VG has important LVs
Now the task has arisen to reduce the volume of VG and create 2 more partitions side by side for windows without losing data in VG.

Maybe I'm wrong, but IMHO you need to follow the path: reduce LV -> reduce VG -> reduce PV. Thus, free up the necessary space.
