Can't change label size. In css, font-size: does not respond. In css plugin, all font-size: values changed the same butch. How to be?

What and where are you trying to change? Do you want to change the appearance of the CPT Ui control panel? Wordpress control panel in generated custom post-type section? Or are you even talking about the frontend?
Very little information, in short.
