How to resize images in posts on geektimes/habr/toster?

When changing the image width value, for example "width=100", the image in the post remains large.
An example is the photo below. How can I make it look 100 pixels wide?

I don't want to resize the image, but I want it to be somewhat narrower than the width of the geektimes feed.
How to do it? Thanks in advance.
UPD: in the post on gyktimes, the width tag worked, but in the question on the toaster, it didn't.
