And I have a question for those who know.
How to resize a composition from 1080/1920 to 1080/1080?
When changing the composition settings, of course, all layers remain with their scale. Do you have to adjust everything manually or are there any automated scripts, plugins?

As an option, put all layers into a precomposite, change the scale in pixels for this new composition and you do not need to scale each layer separately.
But keep in mind that the proportions of the precomposition will still be 9:16, not 1:1. The proportions and layout of the layers are related to the resizing of the project (output video), but not directly related.
