How to reset your gmail password if you have access and a linked phone?

There is a gmail account, a phone was tied to it to restore access.
When 2-phase authorization appeared, they also turned it on.
This account is tied to an android phone, and gmail itself is available from 2 browsers, i.e. the user is logged in there, you can read / write mail, etc. (passwords are not stored in the browser).
The problem is that the password is forgotten, and when the logout occurs, the account will be lost.
The regular password recovery system does not help, it does not write enough data.
Password recovery by phone is not even offered, although this is what the phone was listed for.
In total, there is access to mail with the ability to write, read letters from the same ip zone as the last few years, there is an attached phone (you can check by SMS, etc.).
I think these facts weigh more than "cat's name"/"favorite bus number" with which to regain access.
What can I do, how to reset / change the password?
