How to reset the projector lamp counter without a remote control?

There is a Nec vt695 projector. Doesn't turn on due to lamp counter. The lamp has been replaced, now you need to reset the counter.
According to the instructions, you need to hold down the help button on the remote control for 10 seconds.
Of course, there is no remote control.
What are the options?
I tried to start it through the com-port, but I don’t know if there is a command to reset the counter. Maybe someone faced such a problem?

Go - buy a _universal remote control_ - Find the same projector in the store - ask to hold the remote control in your hands for a minute - write codes into the universal remote control

Well, take a thread of a universal remote control or a phone with IR ports where you can put the remote control in the form of a program, well, or with a computer IR port.

On some models, holding down the On button for 10 seconds on the projector itself helps.

Come with a projector to the store, or ask the store to a) read the code on the infrared light receiver and computer b) on your programmable student! not just a universal remote.
