How to reset the password in the console on Hetzner Cloud?

Hello.
It seems that in /etc/fstab the mount was incorrectly specified and after a reboot it throws it into Maintenance mode. Since I log in using the key, I forgot the password.
The problem is that in GRUB at the end of the line I enter rd.break, then CTRL + X. The download started and hangs in one place. I do not know what to do.
Here I added rd.break

Boot in Rescue mode (available in the server control panel), properly mount the partitions (for example, to / mnt), chroot to a new root and change the password.
