How to report a problem to facebook if there is no account?

I deleted my facebook account a long time ago, now I need it, registration goes through a new number, sms with a code come, but when I specify the code and press the button, nothing happens, I looked in their directory, they write that in order to report a bug, you need to go to such and such a section and report there, but I do not have an account to do this, all attempts to go somewhere lead to
