How to replace Yandex.direct in Ukraine?

Actually what are the options? Google itself already stands (by the way, what is the limit on the number of ad units per page)
Is there an option to show Yandex ads if it is blocked in Ukraine? through partners, etc.?

I don’t show ads myself, but recently, in order for the metric to work with the Ukrainian segment, I changed part of the address from mc.yandex.ru to d31j93rd8oukbv.cloudfront.net in the link code. I
assume that there should be a similar solution to display ads.
