How to replace w3total cache for uploading files to cdn storage?

After switching to cdnnow, there was a problem loading custom files. All types except axioms are loaded normally, but here it just comes out 504. The developers are silent, so I think to switch to autoptimize with some kind of uploader ... are there any uploaders that can replace the ftp address with cdn.example.ru?

Why not use the Fastest Cache + Fastest Cache Premium plugin. There is just a CDN tab. You can connect any CDN.... cloudflare, maxcdn, etc.
