What for? And don't be surprised when you answer a question with a question. You didn't write anything that suddenly didn't suit you in the explorer and what you want to see in another shell (if there are any, I don't know).
My opinion is, if the reasons for dissatisfaction are solid - change the OS. Especially since you are "*nix user".
