How to replace text in video with other text?

I am making a service in which certain text in the uploaded video is replaced with the user-entered one. Actually, the question is: are there ready-made libraries (preferably for JS \ PHP) that can process video in this way? If we talk about JS, then of course, through the canvas. Are there algorithms for this and their implementation?

You most likely will not find video processing in js and php.
You can start digging with opencv .
