How to replace Plesk in a virtual machine cluster?

We are moving away from the dump of all services on one server. For now, we are going to virtual machines on one server (each service is a separate machine). Plesk had a few handy features for the site owner: adding new domains with folders, setting up backups, administering the database. And the manual configuration of all these services and full akhtung at an establishment of new platforms is writhing.
There are tools like Puppet, CFreport and a number of other scripted configurators, but they all require an administrator and manual writing. Or maybe there is some kind of configurator/panel with a web interface for a fleet of virtual machines? Something like Proxmox, but for configuration?

firstly, no one canceled webmin, foreman, etc. on virtual machines
; secondly, if these are virtual machines, then you can prepare templates in advance, and raise ready-made machines from ready-configured templates

I don't seem to understand that I'm asking you about panels like webmin , ISPconfig and the like. What, look for a voting board on Habré?
